THE LIVING VOICE
VIBRATIONAL PRESENCE THROUGH KUNDALINI YOGA

EMBODIED SOUND, ENERGETIC TRUTH & SUBTLE AWARENESS
The Living Voice: Vibrational Presence Through Kundalini Yoga is an immersive experience inviting participants to explore the voice not as performance or projection, but as vibration moving through and beyond the body. Rather than focusing on sound quality or technique, this workshop centers felt experience and subtle awareness. Participants are guided to sense sound internally, notice its energetic impact, and develop a deeper relationship with presence through the body.

Through Kundalini Yoga kriya, meditation, physical embodiment, and gentle movement with breath and sound, we will work to awaken the vibrational body and expand energetic presence. Movement and breath are used to prepare the nervous system and open pathways for sound to travel freely, while embodied vocal exploration such as humming and toning supports a gradual and grounded approach to expression. Attention is placed on sensation, resonance, and internal listening rather than effort or performance.

As the body becomes more receptive, authentic expression is allowed to arise naturally and with greater ease. This workshop offers an accessible and supportive space for reconnecting to the intelligence of the body, strengthening awareness of vibration, and experiencing the voice as a living field of presence. No prior experience with Kundalini Yoga or voice work is required, only a willingness to listen inward and explore sound as a felt experience.
