YES YOU CAN
Have you ever thought about the amazing benefits of Kundalini Yoga? Well, guess what? It’s not just for the young and fit folks. In fact, this inclusive practice is perfect for people of all ages and abilities. It’ll keep your spine flexible, improve your balance, and work all the body’s systems to keep them running smoothly. That’s the key to physical health and vitality, my friend!
This workshop is designed to introduce you to Kriyas that are especially suited for the older or differently abled body. You’ll also get some top-notch tips on how to avoid injury by listening carefully to your body. There’ll still be plenty of challenge, but you’ll also learn how to adapt your postures and still get the full benefit of your practice, even when you’re sitting in a chair.
And here’s the best part: we’ll also address some topics and issues that come to the forefront as we age. Like making sense of our histories, dealing with loss and anxiety, and celebrating our growth. Our instructor, Claire Robson, is a true inspiration. She’s 75 years young and is sad when her friends tell her “Oh. I can’t do yoga!” Claire says “YES YOU CAN”
There’s no maximum or minimum age for this workshop. You can join us and enjoy it whatever your age and stage. So, come on down and let’s get moving!
