Lifecycles & lifestyles Level Two Module | 2026

Weekend One: Jan 31 – Feb 1

Weekend Two: Feb 14-15

Weekend Three: Feb 28 – March 1

We all live in the ebb and flow of the great processes of life— what we can call the “biorhythm of life.” Our individual lives are acted out in concert or in conflict with that basic flow of life and the micro- and macro-cycles that compose it. About 80% of what happens in our life is automatic. We have little to say about it. Even so, at each moment there is a potent, enigmatic potential to make a choice that will make a difference.

There is a way to stay aligned and awake to our aliveness, to our purpose, so that we can fulfill our destiny. Our habits, our self-discipline and the quality of our consciousness affect our capacity to make those key decisions or choices, the ones that will lead us toward our destiny or the ones that drive us more deeply into our subconscious patterns, into the arms of Fate.

This course reveals to you your cycles, habits, lifestyle and the challenges of maturity encountered on the way to building character. The transformative power of this training module lies in the combination of the techniques and remarkable teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Humanology, with your own passion and interactions with each other.

AREAS OF STUDY:

Day One: Success and Happiness of the Soul

Day Two: Renewing Your Hidden Self-Concept: Healing the Formative Years

Day Three: Adolescence and the Cultivation of Promoting Habits

Day Four: Conscious Dying, Prime Adulthood: Productivity, Prosperity, and Generosity

Day Five: Maturity and Mid-life Crisis: Transmitting Values & Living the Legacy

Day Six: Elder Years: Character, Integrity, & Merger

THE AFFIRMATION FOR THIS COURSE IS:

I cultivate promoting habits that are in balance with the natural stages and rhythms of my life and environments.

I invite success by having a clear purpose and sense of self.

I accomplish my goals with progressive, proportionate actions.

I am aware of how to live and die consciously.

I continuously clear my subconscious so I can act intentionally with grace and purpose.

Sat Nam.

OUR GOALS FOR THE COURSE INCLUDE:

To recognize the biorhythms of life and understand how the cycles are affecting us in every moment.

To develop a relationship to our habits that is ‘light’ and creative, not judgmental of ourselves and others.

To understand how our demoting or promoting habits arise and express themselves.

To cultivate a new habit in positive, promoting ways.

As we rebirth ourselves and clear our subconscious, cultivating a clear regard and respect for what brought us here.

Cultivating a new understanding of our own adolescence and that of others.

Recognizing the challenges within the 25-40 year lifecycle. Putting strategies in place to support us.

The importance of nutrition in making these transitions.

How our sexuality transforms and expresses itself in new ways across the life span.

Passing on this legacy. What are the obstacles within the psyche of the elder?

To cultivate a right relationship with death—our own and others.

Holding our grace throughout the many challenges of the lifecycle.

Holding the 3HO lifestyle with grace and equanimity.
