Whether you are new to yoga or familiar with the practice, Hatha Yoga will help you develop balance, strength, and flexibility. Join Emma for a well-rounded class, including breath, posture, flow, and relaxation. Take the time to connect with your body, build strength, cultivate calm, and establish harmony within.

Teacher’s Bio:

Emma Basky aka PreetVedJot Kaur is a holistic educator and healer with a focus on connecting through yoga, play, and movement. Using a trauma-informed approach, she supports children and adults alike in building the skills and confidence to listen to, connect with, and deeply trust themselves. Emma has over 15 years of experience teaching in various environments and modalities to learners of all ages and abilities. She is certified in Hatha Yoga (200hr RYT) and Children’s Yoga (RCYT), is a Reiki Practitioner, and is currently completing Kundalini Yoga Level One training
