In Kundalini Yoga the vital life force Energy is called Prana. Kundalini Yoga is based upon the cultivation, consolidation and circulation of Prana and Sound is the most subtle form of Prana. The relationship between Sound, Healing and the energy body exists because all Sound is essentially the expression of Prana, the vital energy of the universe. In essence, we are all sonic creators living in a universe created by sound. In sound we are born and in sound we are healed. Sound works on all levels to heal and transform, from the purely physical, to the emotional and the spiritual, sound can promote a positive healing change in the listener.
