Jot Prakash Kaur / Rhiannon Galanta

"I took my teacher training 4 years ago and have been actively using what I learned since then. I know of no one who has not found this to be a life altering experience in a positive way. Moreover, one gains "admission" into a wonderful community of others who have done the same thing."

Jennifer Crawford

"We all look to others for guidance from others on our journey in this lifetime. This course not only allows you to learn about yourself but is the tool that teaches you how to guide yourself in this lifetime. Kundalini yoga is so powerful in its techniques it will teach you how to guide your self in a manner that is graceful yet powered through strength. If there is anything in this lifetime you can give yourself this is it. I have been through many challenges in my life. I'm grateful that I had the opportunity to learn and practice this technology taught by the Master, Yogi Bhajan, and to this day still use it."

Balwinder Lauzon

"The Yoga Teacher Training was one of the best experiences I've had in my life. I know it may sound over the top but it's true! I admit it was hard at the beginning. It's a constant fight against old habits and trying to get your mind to work with the spirit and your body. It was worth it though. I got to know myself as well as beautiful people who share similar ideas to mine. We all supported each other because as we were going through the same process."

Gurupal Kaur

My life has changed from one of constant physical pain to one of control, peace and happiness. The Teacher Training not only provided me with the knowledge of KY technology, it also enabled me to deepen my practice and find a spiritual path to guide my life. Also, the relationships with the teachers and other students has enriched my life so much. I am forever thankful for Yoga West and Kundalini Yoga."
