Interweaving the spiritual and the natural world is a work of art that Param Dayal feels is her calling. Her love of the divine and her love of nature are one and the same. She loves the peace and stillness that Kundalini Yoga brings to the practitioner, much like the quiet calmness that resides in the forest.
It was this craving for peace that lead her to study Conflict Studies and Human Rights at the university of Ottawa. However, this did not quench the heart. And so she travelled to India, Peru and many other spiritual epicentres to find the truth/meaning of existence.
It was through her driven seeking that she became a Hatha yoga teacher and consequently was exposed to Ayurvedic and energy healing.
She graduated from Kundalini Teachers Training in 2015 and is so grateful to be sharing the teachings. To live is to learn.
