Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Teacher Training Programs
Level One
Please refer to the Student Contract for details regarding refunds, foreign exchange implications and termination of contractual obligations. All participants are required to sign a student contract.
Level Two
Cancelation prior to, but within seven calendar days of the Level Two course results in a forfeiture of a $100 registration fee. Withdrawal from the course at any time, for any reason, after the course commences and prior to the second weekend results in forfeiture of 60% of the course fee. There will be no refunds granted to students who leave during the second weekend of the course.
Classes
There are no refunds, transfers or exchanges of packages for any reason. If you are not sure of your ability to get value from the larger packages we recommend that you invest in a smaller one or pay-as you-go. ALL CLASSES ARE NON-CUMULATIVE AND NON-REFUNDABLE,NON TRANSFERABLE (HST INCLUDED).
Products
Yoga Equipment and Accessories - May be returned within 14 days for exchange only. Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged. Products which are defective or damaged upon arrival may be returned immediately for exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges or refunds.
Books, Audio CDs, DVDs, Posters - May be returned within 14 days for exchange only. Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged. YOGA WEST obtains most of our information through the signing of waivers and the online registration for courses and workshops. Please note that we will not share health information that may have been provided in connection with a program, program withdrawal or request for refund. Information collected by YOGA WEST about its users is used internally by authorized employees of YOGA WEST for following reasons: To process payment, register you in the program of your choice, update you when required of any possible changes of the planned services at YOGA WEST, determination of those areas, features, and services that are valued the most and found most helpful. Also, we collect information to determine the appropriate participation in the activities and services provided at the YOGA WEST and on our site.
