Amritsar
We begin our journey at the Golden Temple in Amritsar. We bow, immerse ourselves in the healing space of Guru Ram Das, sacred music, meditation, dipping in the sacred healing waters.
Anandpur Sahib
Then off to Guru Gobind Singh’s Anandpur Sahib for a spirit-rising experience! We stay at Dashmesh Sadan, Yogi Bhajan's Retreat Center and experience the Home of the Khalsa.
Trivandrum
(optional —trip 2)
We travel down to the tip of Southern India —original India— to an Ayurvedic Healing Resort. Warm… the rhythm of life slower, with a soothing flow, on the beach, hearing the waves, physically relaxing. Daily Ayurvedic healing treatments, pure food, Kundalini yoga… slowly, consistently allows us to let go of stress. Slowly, connect to our healed, natural self. In the Lap of Mother India.

Flights
You are responsible for arranging, booking, and paying for your own flights. The group is using travel agent Kamal at Gaba Travel: 604-324-3336. You can use your own travel agent, but Kamal knows our trip itinerary. Good prices go quickly, so it is a good idea to book this as soon as you are sure you are joining the Yatra!
YOU MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT TO GET YOUR TICKET.
You need a Visa for travel to India. These can also be arranged through Travel Agent or at the Indian Consultate downtown.

Accommodation
Amritsar
Accommodation in Amritsar is at Le Golden Hotel, right across from the Golden Temple. Accommodation is a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom with hot and cold water. Breakfast is included in the yatra price. There are many options for lunch/dinner around town, in the hotel, and at the Golden Temple.
Anandpur Sahib
Accommodation in Anandpur is at Dashmesh Sadan, estate of Yogi Bhajan. All accommodation is group rooms of 3 people. All rooms are bright and airy, and have a bathroom. All meals and transportation are included in Anandpur.
Trivandrum
Accommodation in Trivandrum is at Bethsaida Hermitage, Ayurvedic Resort. All accommodation is double occupancy. All rooms are large, with a large bathroom. All meals are included. Consultation with Ayurvedic doctor, and two Ayurvedic Treatments per day also included.
