Aquarian Sadhana: Morning Meditative Practice. The core of every woman’s life is her daily spiritual practice - sadhana. We hold the Aquarian Sadhana practice every morning during ladies camp from 4-6:30am. This practice includes reading from a sacred text, a yoga set, and chanting meditation to set the vibration for the day.
Gurdwara: Touching the Sacred. Sing the praises of the Infinite, and satisfy your longing for the connection to the Divine. You are divine. Bow to your divinity.
Morning Activity: Gatka or Dance! Gatka is the graceful martial art of Indian sword fighting. Awaken your graceful steel core, necessary for facing the challenges of life. Self-empowered.
Yoga of Dance: Whether it’s Bangra or Goddess Dance, we have had a tradition of Sacred Dance at KLC.
Kundalini Yoga: Spiritual Fitness & Radiant Health. With Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, we experience authentic energy management, to keep us vital in mind, body and spirit to become truly relaxed, radiant and centered.
