For many women at camp the meals are one of the highlights, very bright nourishing food with a lot of prana and our own KLC style!
vKarma Yoga. As part of the graceful community spirit that is created at camp, each of us serves each other in doing some karma yoga. This is meal serving, dish-washing, grounds crew or other needed activities. This is a way to connect deeper with all of the women and with yourself.
